sea world

Everyone was up early friday morning and ready to go...the long awaited trip to Sea World...at times I wasn't sure Taryn would make it through the week...she couldn't handle the suspense, she wanted every day to be friday so we could go to Sea World.

Our first show, the Shamu show...we sat in the splash zone and got perfectly misted...and it was HOT but everyone was happy...once it started.

Checking out the sting rays and sharks...Drake's favorite part...

My dolphin lover Taryn used her own money to be able to get in the water with the dolphins...she was SO excited and LOVED every minute of it...

Taryn kissing her dolphin, Maggie...how appropriate.

The dolphin show was the last of the day shows we hit...we sat in the splash zone again...that was a mistake...we were SOAKED and the sun would soon be going down...good planning

I was surprised at how entertained Dax was...he can't sit still so I was a little worried about bringing him to Sea World but once the show started he was glued evry time.  He loved them all.  Especially the seal show...he loved to get his groove on...and he has some groove...He also loved making friends with the people sitting around us...which was cute until he wouldn't leave them alone...he will do anything for a reaction and if they gave him attention, he was their new best friend.

The night shows were the best part...I liked them SO much better than the day shows (especially since most of them were the same since we came 6 years ago)...more tricks, more music, and a whole lot less heat.

The kids were exhausted by the end of the night, I don't know why we had only been there over 14 hours...but I can definately say we made the most of our trip to Sea World...we saw every show but one, every exhibit and rode almost every ride...it is probably the only place on our trip I don't feel the need to rush back too...

And thank you Justen for being our official photographer/child wrangler/spot saver and for everything else you did!!!

I don't think you should ever cut Dax's hair! I love it!

Looks like Sea World was fun...right up Taryn's alley!

How awesome! We didn't get to see a night show, I'm so jealous!
