Can you sense the sarcasm??? And don't tell me if "I was truly devoted that it wouldn't matter what time church is...Sunday, is Sunday" Don't give me that crap. One o'clock church SUCKS...especially with 4 little kids. And to all my spoiled friends in the NC Ward...just wait your time will come...and I will not feel bad at all...maybe they will give you the 2-5pm time slot...
Now that I got that off my chest. We decided to try and make our Sunday mornings fun family time...so this first Sunday (and yes it was fast Sunday...might have forgotten that during all the cursing of afternoon church) we made sugar cookies with the kids.
Check out Owen's random fabulous jet ski...and no we don't have a jet ski cookie cutter, he just wanted to make one. Weird, I know...
We had a lot of fun making our creations with the kids...and even more fun giving them away. Successful Sunday number 1...
...and we survived. Only 51 more weeks to go.

I think that with one o clock church if I make it through at least 1/2 of sacrament (which is first) then it's a success and I am totally active.
Those are great! And I hate one o'clock church too. Sunday doesn't even really feel like Sunday anymore. It's really weird. I was trying to think of an idea of how we could pick which time we went to... but I couldn't. Darn it. I guess we'll just have to suffer through it. Blah.
Why didn't Owen put some people on the jet ski???
You crack me up!! I love sugar cookies! And Ive been craving them so much lately!! Owen's jet ski is a work of art.
Trust me Katie, as one of you NC Ward friends, I never take our time slot for granted!!! Tell Owen his Jet Ski does look great, but it's definetly missing something:)
I completely agree on the church time. We have 11 am church which isn't as bad as 1 pm but still very inconvenient with a napping child. I've had a lot of ugly things to say about that lately, too. :)
Personally I would love the 1p.m. time! We are always late for the 9 and I really need my sleep so I don't what you are complaining about when you get to sleep in.
Those sugar cookies were really good. You guys should definitly do that again this Sunday. I can't even say anything about the jet ski's because I feel so bad everyone is teasing Tara about that still. She really didn't understand that game.
I just want you to know, the jet ski cookie was delicious!!! That's right, delicious!!!
